Job summary

GoDaddy is seeking a strategic and transformational leader to oversee our Commerce Support organization. This executive will define and execute the strategy for merchant activation, adoption, retention, and support while leading AI-enabled transformation driving scalable growth across GoDaddy’s Commerce business.

The Director will lead teams covering onboarding, activation, payment processing, product adoption and attach, issue resolution, and ongoing success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise-scale commerce or payments operations.
• Proven track record delivering AI-driven transformation.
• Ability to partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Risk, and GTM.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy for merchant activation, adoption, retention, and growth.
• Lead AI-enabled transformation across Commerce Support.
• Oversee onboarding, activation, payment processing, product adoption, and support.
