Job summary

Axalta seeks a Product Specialist for Automotive Collision—MSO and Strategic Accounts. You will support all Axalta products across segments, train distributors and painters, and drive growth with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

The role requires travel up to 75% and a local Georgia presence for onsite visits, while remaining fully remote. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in the industry, Spanish language skills, and a solid grasp of Axalta brands with the ability to train and troubleshoot

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; collision repair training preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Strong computer skills with applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Good communication, prioritization and time management.
• Able to work with others in a high-performance sales team.

Responsibilities

• Develops, trains and supports distributor personnel for collision shop customers and new products.
• Lead installations, train painters, and troubleshoot issues across Axalta brands.
• Conduct education events to optimize paint/material system performance and profitability.
• Promote safety and proper PPE usage in all customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team and contribute ideas during market meetings.
• Complete trainings, assessments and certifications for Axalta brands.
