Job summary

Axalta is seeking an Account Specialist for the Collision segment. This role supports customer satisfaction and retention within the Gulf coast Florida territory, with onsite visits required across the Tampa Bay area.

The position involves coordinating with sales resources and maintaining clear communications to drive revenue and loyalty. The ideal candidate has Automotive Refinish experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 50% to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 3-5 years of Automotive Refinish industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of the collision repair, commercial transportation and industrial environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and operate autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for identified customers and build strong, collaborative relationships.
• Understand key elements of the customer business agreements.
• Develop and execute account plans for product, color and services needs.
• Communicate the value of Axalta products and services to customers.
• Coordinate with resources to meet customer needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Document customer interactions in Salesforce and maintain data accuracy.
