Job summary

Axalta, a leading coatings company, seeks an Account Specialist, Collision to maintain strong customer satisfaction and long-term retention within a regional market. The role partners with coatings customers to ensure delivery of all elements of the business agreement.

This fully remote position requires a local presence in the Tampa/St. Petersburg, FL area for onsite visits and involves travel approximately 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Experience as a sales professional in Automotive Refinish with a proven track record of customer support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate across teams.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (Salesforce, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for identified customers and build strong relationships.
• Develop and execute account plans addressing product, color and service needs.
• Accurately communicate values and benefits of Axalta products and services.
• Coordinate with resources to meet customer needs and ensure SOP compliance.
• Maintain SFDC records with regular customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Travel up to 50% to visit customer sites across Gulf coast Florida.
