Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive refinish or collision repair industry.
• Strong customer-facing and sales skills with a proven track record.
• Ability to understand customer needs and resolve issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for identified customers and build relationships.
• Develop and execute account plans capturing product, color and services needs.
• Communicate values and benefits of Axalta products and services to customers.
• Coordinate with resources to meet customer needs and drive account success.
• Document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date data in SFDC.
• Travel up to 50% to visit customer sites across Gulf coast Florida.
