Kafene is seeking a Collections Supervisor to lead a remote team focused on timely recovery of outstanding accounts. You’ll balance hands-on leadership with strategic problem solving, coaching collectors, and building initiatives that improve recovery rates and reduce delinquency.

This fully remote role is based in Panama or Guatemala, with direct impact on Kafene’s operational excellence and customer-first approach.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years in collections, customer service, or related field, with supervisory experience.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
• Strong knowledge of collection laws, compliance, and best practices.
• Proficiency in Excel and collection systems; analytical and organized.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coach the collections team to meet recovery goals.
• Monitor daily collection activity and report metrics to management.
• Develop strategies to improve collection rates and reduce delinquency.
• Handle escalated issues and approve payment arrangements, write-offs, settlements.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Finance, and Compliance to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure all activities comply with laws and internal procedures.
