Citizens seeks a motivated Team Lead for Collections and Recovery to guide a dedicated group in achieving service, quality, and compliance goals. You will coach colleagues, manage escalated calls, and drive performance improvements in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes coaching, mentoring, and collaboration, with a focus on customer experience and adherence to regulations. Strong communication and leadership are essential as you mentor staff and report insights to leadership.

Formación

• Proven leadership or mentoring experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service, counseling, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of Collections and Recovery Specialists to achieve operating goals and deliver quality service.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to colleagues.
• Facilitate daily and weekly huddles to communicate department updates, priorities, and recognition.
