Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Collections professional to manage the end-to-end AR lifecycle for assigned accounts from a remote, nationwide position. You will research disputes, develop payment plans, and maintain trusted relationships with customers and internal partners.

This role emphasizes effective communication, cross-functional teamwork, and data-driven reporting of open AR balances, with a focus on resolving root causes and delivering customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the collection of outstanding accounts receivable, including dispute research, developing payment plans with customers, and building trusted relationships with customers and internal business partners.
• Work directly with Service Leader for designated accounts for a single point of contact approach.
• Responsible for preparing and reporting open accounts receivable balances for assigned accounts
• Work cross-functionally with all levels within the organization both internally and externally.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations, communicating effectively with stakeholders and engaging participants.
• Support customer needs by maintaining a customer-focused approach and identifying root causes of issues.
