Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service, collections, or related work preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact borrowers by telephone, mail, and email to establish payment arrangements.
• Determine the most appropriate plan of action to resolve past due accounts; strong negotiation to set payment plans.
• Actively perform skip-tracing to locate borrowers.
• Update borrower accounts with current information in the servicing system.
• Assist with collections documents and reporting as needed.
