Transworld Systems Inc. is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative to join our team. This position offers work-from-home flexibility for CST/MST zones, with a compensation of $15-16 per hour plus a monthly commission bonus.

You will participate in training, handle consumer calls, and contribute to resolving delinquent accounts while adhering to applicable laws and company policies. The role emphasizes independent work, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced

Responsibilities

• Communicate with consumers by telephone and handle written correspondence to resolve unpaid accounts.
• Provide thorough, efficient account updates on computer files for each call.
• Skip tracing to locate consumer contact information.
• Counsel delinquent consumers to assist in payments.
• Comply with applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations.
• Adhere to TSI policies and procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures.
• Provide feedback to management about problems or improvements.
• Suggest and implement process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
