Responsibilities

• Communicate with consumers by telephone to resolve unpaid accounts
• Update account records accurately on each call
• Demonstrate skip-tracing techniques to locate contact information
• Counsel delinquent consumers to arrange payment and resolve obligations
• Comply with applicable laws and company policies
• Provide feedback to management on potential problems or improvements
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
