Mohela in the United States is seeking a Private Credit Collector to help customers by phone and written notices. The role focuses on recovering delinquent accounts, establishing payment plans, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

This is a fully remote position with training starting November 2, 2026 and interviews via Microsoft Teams in ET. You will work standard EST hours with bonus eligibility and a full benefits package.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year in customer service, call center, sales, or collections; college degree may substitute.
• Ability to attend mandatory training during first 3 weeks; cannot take time off.
• Experience working with debtors and meeting daily production targets.

Responsabilidades

• Contact debtors by phone and written notices to obtain repayment or set up payment plans.
• Perform skip tracing and ensure compliance with client standards and regulations.
• Communicate clearly, document interactions, and meet deadlines.
