Job summary

State Collection Service is seeking Remote Collection Specialists (Account Resolution Representatives) to join our team. You will make outbound and take inbound calls to collect payments on medical and non-medical accounts.

Wage starts at $16.00/hr with optional monthly commission, bilingual pay at $18.00/hr, plus a $500 guaranteed monthly bonus during the first 90 days. The schedule includes evenings and one Saturday per month; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, and more.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Collections, Call Center or Customer Service with public contact.
• Ability to enter/update data in company/client systems accurately
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong organization skills and multi-tasking
• Focus on customer service and deliverables
• Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays as required
• Team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to collect payments.
• Adhere to all applicable laws (FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA).
• Meet performance targets and document actions in systems.
