Job summary

State Collection Service is seeking Remote Collection Specialists (Account Resolution Representatives) to join our fast-growing teams. You will be responsible for making outbound and taking inbound calls to collect payments for medical and non-medical accounts, while adhering to applicable laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in Collections, Call Center or Customer Service
• Ability to enter and update data on company/client systems accurately
• Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Strong organization skills and multi-tasking
• Focus on customer service and deliverables
• Flexibility in scheduling including evenings and Saturdays
• Team-based collaboration

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls to collect payments
• Utilize negotiating and customer service skills to achieve positive results
• Adhere to FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA and other applicable laws
