Job summary

State Collection Service, Inc. is seeking Remote Collection Specialists to join our fast-growing team. You will make outbound and take inbound calls to collect payments on medical and non-medical accounts from a remote location.

Position offers a base wage of $16.00/hr (bilingual $18.00/hr) with monthly commissions and a $500 guaranteed monthly bonus for the first 90 days. Evening and Saturday shifts are required; comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Collections, Call Center or Customer Service with public contact.
• Accurate data entry into company/client systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organization; handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Focus on customer service and delivering results.
• Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays as required.
• Work well in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities
