Job summary

State Collection Service is seeking Remote Collection Specialists (Account Resolution Representatives) to join our fast-growing teams. As an Account Resolution Representative you will make outbound and take inbound calls to collect payments for medical and non-medical accounts.

We offer competitive compensation with a base of $16/hour and bilingual $18/hour, plus a $500 monthly bonus for the first 90 days, and commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in collections, call center or customer service.
• Accurate data entry in company/client systems.
• Fast-paced/deadline-driven environment experience.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Customer service focus and deliverables.
• Flexibility for evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to collect payments.
• Use negotiation and customer service skills to achieve results.
• Adhere to FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA and applicable laws.
