American Coradius International LLC (ACI) is seeking Account Resolution Specialists to manage outbound collections, negotiate payment arrangements, and document activity. This remote role requires residing in New York or Texas and being available to travel to an office if needed.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in call center or collections, strong communication, and proficiency with Zoom, Word, and Excel. Must be comfortable on camera and adhere to regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required.
• 2+ years in call center or customer service.
• Strong knowledge of debt collection laws and procedures.
• Clear verbal and written communication; professional English grammar.
• Proficient with Zoom, Word, Excel; able to multi‑task on multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume inbound/outbound calls to collect payments and resolve past-due balances.
• Document all account activity and verifications accurately.
• Use skip tracing to locate customers and arrange payments.
• Monitor accounts daily and escalate issues as needed with manager approval.
• Maintain policy compliance and be on camera in remote work.
