Responsibilities

• Receive and make high-volume communications to encourage payments.
• Document all account activities and updates accurately.
• Use skip tracing tools to contact customers for payment.
• Review accounts daily to mitigate losses.
• Take action on accounts needing manager-approved attention.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and laws.
