BCA Financial Services, Inc. is seeking motivated customer service professionals to assist consumers with their accounts from a home-based setup. You will communicate clearly, explain payment options, and document interactions to ensure accurate records.

A supportive team environment provides coaching to help you meet performance goals. Qualified candidates stay organized in a fast-paced call center while delivering empathetic service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build trust and work through sensitive conversations
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
• A reliable, detail-oriented work style

$17/hour + Monthly Commission | Full-Time | Monday-Friday

What You'll Do:

• Talk with consumers to help them understand their accounts and find solutions

Work-From-Home Requirements:

• Must reside in: FL, MO, SC, or VA
• Quiet, private workspace
• High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with ability to hardwire ethernet cable from modem to computer
• Wi-Fi and hotspots are not supported
• Must meet tech requirements before training begins
