Job summary

BCA Financial Services, Inc. is offering a remote, full-time role where you will assist consumers with their accounts and payment plans from a home office.

The position emphasizes empathetic communication, clear explanations, and professional problem-solving to support customers through their financial responsibilities. You'll work a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, receive a base hourly rate of $17 with monthly commissions, and be supported by company-provided equipment, benefits, and a focus

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in call center, customer service, billing, or collections
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build trust and work through sensitive conversations
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Talk with consumers to help understand their accounts and find solutions
• Offer payment options such as full balance payment and payment plans
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Accurately document interactions in our systems

What You'll Do:

Work-From-Home Requirements:

• Must reside in: FL, MO, SC, or VA
• Quiet, private workspace
• High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with ability to hardwire ethernet cable from modem to computer
• Wi-Fi and hotspots are not supported
• Must meet tech requirements before training begins
