Job summary

BCA Financial Services, Inc. is hiring a remote Customer Support specialist to help consumers understand their accounts and arrange payment plans. You’ll document interactions and work with a high-volume call center team from home.

This full-time role offers $17/hour with monthly commission, a Monday–Friday schedule, and provided equipment plus benefits. You’ll join a supportive environment focused on respectful, effective customer care.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build trust and work through sensitive conversations
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
• A reliable, detail-oriented work style

• Offer payment options such as full balance payment and payment plans
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls

Work-From-Home Requirements:

• Must reside in: FL, MO, SC, or VA
• Quiet, private workspace
• High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with ability to hardwire ethernet cable from modem to computer
• Wi‑Fi and hotspots are not supported
• Must meet tech requirements before training begins
