Job summary

BCA Financial Services, Inc. is hiring a Remote Call Center Associate in Florida. You will speak with consumers to explain accounts, offer payment options, and document interactions in our systems. The role features a Monday–Friday schedule, home-based setup, and opportunity for monthly commissions on top of the base pay.

We provide equipment, training, and ongoing support to help you succeed while delivering empathetic service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build trust and work through sensitive conversations.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred).
• A reliable, detail-oriented work style.

Responsibilities

• Talk with consumers to help them understand their accounts and find solutions.
• Offer payment options such as full balance payment and payment plans.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Accurately document interactions in our systems.
• Meet performance goals (with support and coaching along the way).

Work-From-Home Requirements:

• Must reside in: FL, MO, SC, or VA
• Quiet, private workspace
• High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with ability to hardwire ethernet cable from modem to computer
• Wi-Fi and hotspots are not supported
• Must meet tech requirements before training begins
