Job summary

BCA Financial Services, Inc. seeks a remote call center specialist to help consumers understand their accounts and resolve balances with empathy and clarity. You will discuss payment options, handle high call volumes, and document interactions accurately.

The role offers $17/hour plus monthly commissions, a Monday–Friday schedule, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, PTO, and company-provided equipment. Remote, US-based position.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build trust and work through sensitive conversations.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred).
• A reliable, detail-oriented work style.

Work-From-Home Requirements:

• Must reside in: FL, MO, SC, or VA
• Quiet, private workspace
• High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with ability to hardwire ethernet cable from modem to computer
• Wi-Fi and hotspots are not supported
• Must meet tech requirements before training begins
