Job summary

BCA Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a remote customer service/collections specialist to help consumers resolve accounts with empathy and clarity. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, document interactions, and offer payment options.

The role requires 1+ year in call center or related fields and a reliable, detail-oriented work style. The position offers a Monday-Friday schedule, paid time off and holidays, health/dental/vision coverage, 401(k) with company match, and company-provided

$17/hour + Monthly Commission | Full-Time | Monday-Friday

What You'll Do:

Work-From-Home Requirements:

• Must reside in: FL, MO, SC, or VA
• Quiet, private workspace
• High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with ability to hardwire ethernet cable from modem to computer
• Wi-Fi and hotspots are not supported
• Must meet tech requirements before training begins
