BCA Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a remote Call Center Specialist to assist consumers in resolving accounts with empathy and clarity. The role offers a base pay of $17 per hour plus monthly commissions, with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule.

You will discuss payment options, document interactions, and strive to meet performance targets while receiving training and support. Candidate should be in-state for remote work and possess strong communication skills.

Qualifications

What You'll Do:

• Talk with consumers to help them understand their accounts and find solutions

Work-From-Home Requirements:

• Must reside in: FL, MO, SC, or VA
• Quiet, private workspace
• High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with ability to hardwire ethernet cable from modem to computer
• Wi-Fi and hotspots are not supported
• Must meet tech requirements before training begins
