Job summary

Vital Care Infusion Services is seeking a Reimbursement Supervisor to oversee referrals, billing, and collections across franchise locations in the United States. You will lead a team, manage schedules, and ensure payer communications are accurate and timely.

The role requires strong leadership, payer experience in an infusion setting, and a commitment to patient-friendly service. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years supervisor experience in infusion setting.
• Knowledge of payer compliance and reimbursement processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise processing of referrals, benefits investigations, authorizations, billing and collections.
• Manage Supervisor schedules to meet KPIs and reallocate resources.
• Escalation point for franchise partner or patient complaints.
• Develop and enforce SOPs for quality, compliance and performance expectations.
• Monitor performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with payers to resolve missing claims and escalations.
• Provide coaching on billing and collections techniques.
