Archer Lewis Services in Miami, FL is seeking a Collections Associate to support accounts receivable across multiple firms. You will monitor balances, contact clients about payments, and help ensure timely collection while maintaining positive relationships.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in AR or collections, strong Excel and communication skills, and a detail-oriented approach. This fully remote role offers hourly pay between $23.50 and $26.50 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or related role.
• Experience in a CPA firm, professional services, or multi-entity organization preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a professional, client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Generate, monitor, and review Accounts Receivable Aging Reports across multiple firms.
• Make outbound collection calls and follow-up emails regarding outstanding invoices.
• Collect and process client payments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding account status, payment arrangements, and billing inquiries.
• Collaborate with firm contacts and internal stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
• Escalate delinquent accounts per established procedures and policies.
• Maintain organized documentation of collection activities and account updates.
• Support month-end AR reporting and analysis as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service in client interactions.
