Job summary

Archer Lewis Services LLC is seeking a Collections Associate to support accounts receivable and collections across the Archer Lewis network. You will monitor aging, communicate with clients, and pursue timely payments while upholding strong relationships.

This fully remote role offers a base hourly rate of $23.50–$26.50 with a discretionary bonus. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in AR/collections, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and superb client service in professional services.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Billing or related financial ops.
• Experience in a CPA firm, professional services, or multi-entity org preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Outlook and Teams.

Responsibilities

• MonitorAccounts Receivable Aging Reports across multiple firms.
• Make outbound collection calls and send follow-up emails on invoices.
• Collect and process client payments accurately and timely.
• Maintain regular client communication on status and billing queries.
• Resolve discrepancies and escalate delinquent accounts per policy.
• Document collection activities and support month-end AR analysis.
• Identify process improvements to strengthen cash flow.
