Job summary

Naviga Recruiting & Executive Search is assisting a leading global law firm in Miami with a Contract to Perm Collections Specialist role that is fully remote. You’ll support onboarding, payments, reporting, refunds, and vendor management while coordinating with attorneys and clients.

A minimum of 5 years in collections or AR in a professional setting is required. The position follows a standard M–F schedule, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST, with potential for permanent hire based on performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in professional accounting roles (collections, AR, or financial admin).
• Experience in a law firm environment preferred.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in client onboarding and setting up new profiles.
• Process and verify payments; research discrepancies.
• Generate and analyze reports on balances and collections activity.
• Prepare documentation for refunds and vendor forms.
• Provide administrative support to collections managers and communicate with clients/vendors.
