IGS Energy is seeking a Collections Analyst II to manage a portfolio of Commercial & Industrial energy accounts. You will contact customers to secure payment and review aging reports to identify delinquencies while ensuring compliance with company policies.

You will collaborate with internal teams, negotiate payment arrangements, document interactions in CRM, and escalate complex cases to leadership. This role supports remote or hybrid work in the Dublin, Ohio area.

Qualifikationen

• Two+ years in collections, preferably commercial.
• Experience with credit, fraud, and bankruptcy preferred.
• Experience in energy/utilities industry preferred.

• Manage portfolio of C&I accounts and pursue payment.
• Review aging receivables and identify delinquency trends.
• Collaborate to resolve billing disputes and delinquencies.
• Negotiate payment arrangements within policy; escalate as needed.
