Responsibilities

• Manages an assigned portfolio of C&I accounts and pursues payment on outstanding balances.
• Contacts customers by phone and email to secure payment and resolve delinquencies.
• Reviews aging reports to identify trends and potential bad debt.
• Documents customer contacts and actions in CRM and billing systems.
• Escalates complex disputes and payment issues to leadership as needed.
• Monitors payment behavior and reports concerns related to energy market developments.
