Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in Polish and English.

• Experience in debt collection or call centre is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing accounts in arrears to decide on debt coverage actions.
• Contacting customers via inbound/outbound calls and emails to settle payments and explain root causes.
• Provide a customer-centric service and maintain a high-quality experience.
• Support offline tasks to maintain workflow.
• Drive improvements in processes and collection methods.
