Job summary

Eurofins is seeking a Collections Specialist to manage an account portfolio, contact clients for past-due payments, and resolve payment issues. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate notes, interacting with the Collections Manager, and generating reports for management.

The role is primarily remote but local to Barberton, OH with on-site training. Requires 1+ year in collections/AR or customer service, strong communication, problem solving, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of Collections/Accounts Receivable or customer service experience.
• English proficiency and computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accounts within assigned portfolio.
• Contact clients for payment of past due invoices.
• Provide information to internal and external clients.
• Resolve client issues with Collections Manager guidance.
• Maintain accurate notes in collections software.
• Provide updates to management and sales as needed.
• Work daily follow-up queue in collections software.
• Notify of negative payment patterns.
