Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in customer service, banking, collections or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers regarding payment obligations, account status, invoices, and contractual agreements.
• Educate customers on available options and help identify appropriate solutions.
• Manage a high volume of outbound communications while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide timely follow-up.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate account information.
• Partner with customer service, operations, and other teams to deliver the best possible customer experience.
• Balance productivity, quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
