Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two to four years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of banking products and services.
• Effective telephone and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle difficult customer calls.
• Proficient computer navigation and general office software.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers regarding payment obligations, account status and invoices.
• Educate customers on options and identify appropriate solutions.
• Manage a high volume of outbound communications with professionalism.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide timely follow-up.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate account information.
• Partner with service, operations and other teams to improve experience.
• Balance productivity, quality, compliance and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
