Pitney Bowes is hiring for a remote-based Collections Account Specialist. You will support high-value SendTech clients to ensure accurate billing and prompt collections, handling sensitive financial data in a background-reviewed role.

You will work an 8.5-hour day shift Monday–Friday (7:00am–9:00pm CST). The wage is $18.00 per hour, with pay dependent on skills and location. This role emphasizes client-first service, problem solving, and collaboration across teams.

Formación

• 2+ years client service experience.
• Experience in collections or billing reconciliation preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Attention to detail and analytical problem-solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Collect past-due accounts across multiple lines of business.
• Correct billing errors within multiple lines of business while maintaining client account integrity in all applicable systems.
• Handle account cleansing, including payment application and reconciliation, PO and cost center updates, billing consolidations, invoice corrections, inventory updates, and price quote generation.
• Collaborate with agents responsible for invoicing, account maintenance, collections, and sales support; respond to client inquiries.
• Communicate with and maintain good working relationships across Pitney Bowes business units.
• Organize and manage daily tasks to meet all time parameters.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
