Job summary

Pitney Bowes is seeking a remote-based Collection Account Specialist to support high-value SendTech Clients, ensuring billing accuracy and timely collections. You will handle sensitive financial data and coordinate with internal and external partners to resolve transactions as assigned.

The position requires 2+ years in client service with collections or billing reconciliation, strong communication, and excellent organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years client service experience.
• Experience in collections and/or billing reconciliation is preferred.
• Strong time management practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Work remotely in a client-facing environment.
• Collect past-due accounts across multiple lines of business.
• Correct billing errors while maintaining client account integrity.
• Handle account cleansing: payment application, reconciliation, PO and cost center updates.
• Collaborate with invoicing, account maintenance, collections, and sales support teams.
• Communicate with and maintain relationships across Pitney Bowes business units.
• Organize and manage daily tasks to meet time parameters.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
