ARS National Services is hiring for a Hybrid in Houston, TX role. Training is paid and starts soon; you must live in the greater Houston area and commute to the West Houston office.

You will handle customer calls, assess affordability, present options, and document conversations. No collections experience required. Training is paid with a fixed schedule and remote days.

Hybrid — West Houston (77084) | Full-Time | Paid Training | No Collections Experience Required

Training class starts Wednesday, 11/04/2026. You must live in the greater Houston area and be able to commute to our West Houston office.

What Our Agents Actually Earn

We’d rather show you real numbers than say “competitive pay”

• First 6 months: average $3,500+/month total pay (base + bonus) — about $20/hour
• At 1 year: average $4,000+/month — about $23.50/hour
• Starting base: $16–18/hour, plus a $0.50 raise when you finish training

You Don't Need Experience In This Industry

Most of our best agents had none when they started. They came from store floors, restaurant shifts, and service counters — jobs that teach you to stay calm with a frustrated customer and explain things clearly under pressure. That’s the skill. We teach the rest, and we pay you while you learn it.

Paid training:

4 weeks, full-time, in-office, from day one.

A Schedule You Can Plan Your Life Around

• Your first 7 weeks (training plus a short ramp-up): onsite, Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM.
• After that: Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM, split 50% remote / 50% in-office, plus one remote evening shift a week (11AM–8PM), and in office the last four business days of each month for close out.

That’s it, and you’ll know it weeks ahead. No closing at 11 and opening at 6. No getting sent home early when it’s slow. No working Thanksgiving, Christmas, or the Fourth of July — we’re closed, and you’re paid.

What You'll Do

• Follow the consumer-protection rules that govern this work — a major focus of your first four weeks, and we train you on all of it.
• Work on camera for your entire shift
