Job summary

Legion Health is a technology-forward psychiatry company delivering outpatient mental health care nationwide through secure telehealth. We seek collaborating psychiatrists (MD or DO) to supervise PMHNPs, provide clinical guidance, chart reviews, and independent prescribing where permitted.

This part-time, fully remote contractor role offers flexible schedules, malpractice insurance, licensure reimbursement, and comprehensive administrative support.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience delivering care remotely using electronic health records.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PMHNPs treating patients using evidence-based approaches.
• Provide chart reviews and timely guidance on diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Review and authorize prescriptions, including controlled substances when appropriate.
• Be available during agreed working hours and respond to shifts per state rules.
• Mentor clinicians and uphold Legion's clinical standards and prescribing protocols.
• Help Legion expand access to high-quality psychiatric care nationwide.
