Job summary

Legion Health is seeking collaborating psychiatrists (MD/DO) across the United States to supervise PMHNPs through secure telehealth workflows. This remote, part-time contractor role offers clinical autonomy with operational support and a modern clinical infrastructure.

We provide mentorship, chart reviews, and independent prescribing decisions where allowed, with compensation designed for part-time clinicians who value flexibility and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Experience with telepsychiatry and remote care delivery.
• Strong communication and collaboration with PMHNPs.
• Ability to mentor clinicians and uphold Legion's clinical standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with experienced PMHNPs treating low- and medium-acuity patients using evidence-based approaches.
• Conduct chart reviews and provide timely guidance on diagnoses, treatment plans, and medication management.
• Review and authorize prescriptions, including controlled substances where permitted.
• Be available during agreed working hours and support PMHNP shifts.
• Mentor clinicians and reinforce Legion's clinical standards and prescribing protocols.
• Help Legion expand access to high-quality psychiatric care across the U.S.
