Job summary

Legion Health, Inc. is seeking clinically excellent psychiatrists to remotely collaborate with and supervise PMHNPs via secure telehealth workflows across the United States.

This part-time contractor role combines meaningful clinical responsibility with flexible scheduling and robust operational support. You will provide responsive clinical guidance, chart reviews, mentorship, and independent prescribing decisions where legally permitted, supported by a modern clinical organization and

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state.
• Experience in psychiatry and remote patient care.
• Ability to supervise PMHNPs and provide guidance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with experienced PMHNPs treating psychiatry patients using evidence-based approaches.
• Conduct chart reviews and provide timely guidance on diagnoses, treatment plans, medication management, and clinical escalations.
• Review and authorize prescriptions, including controlled substances when legally permitted and clinically appropriate.
• Be available during agreed working hours and at the end of PMHNP shifts when required by applicable state rules.
• Mentor clinicians and reinforce Legion’s clinical standards, documentation expectations, and responsible-prescribing protocols.
• Help Legion expand access to high-quality psychiatric care across the United States.
