Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfort with remote patient care and telehealth systems.
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Mentor PMHNPs and supervise care using evidence-based approaches.
• Review charts and guide diagnoses, treatment plans, meds, and escalations.
• Authorize prescriptions, including controlled substances where permitted.
• Be available during agreed hours and after PMHNP shifts per state rules.
• Help Legion expand access to high-quality psychiatric care nationwide.
