Job summary

Legion Health is seeking collaborating psychiatrists (MD/DO), to supervise PMHNPs via secure telehealth. This nationwide, remote, part-time contractor role offers clinical autonomy within evidence-based protocols, backed by comprehensive support and malpractice coverage.

You will review charts, mentor clinicians, and make independent prescribing decisions where legally permitted, helping Legion expand access to high-quality psychiatric care across the United States.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with PMHNPs.

Responsibilities

• Mentor PMHNPs and supervise clinical care.
• Provide guidance on diagnoses, treatment plans, and medication management.
• Review and authorize prescriptions where allowed by law.
• Coordinate with Legion’s operations to expand access to care across the U.S.
