Job summary

Legion Health is seeking collaborating psychiatrists (MD or DO) to provide clinical guidance, chart review, mentorship, and independent prescribing decisions when permitted, while supervising PMHNPs via secure telehealth workflows.

We offer flexible remote work nationwide for a part-time contractor role with a modern clinical infrastructure and supportive team, emphasizing evidence-based protocols and compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in at least one US jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with experienced PMHNPs treating low- and medium-acuity patients using evidence-based approaches.
• Conduct chart reviews and provide timely guidance on diagnoses, treatment plans, and medication management.
• Review and authorize prescriptions, including controlled substances when legally permitted.
• Be available during agreed working hours and after PMHNP shifts when state rules require.
• Mentor clinicians and reinforce Legion's clinical standards and prescribing protocols.
• Help Legion expand access to high-quality psychiatric care across the United States.
