You will work with a growth-driven team in a commission-based environment, earning USD 10–20 per hour plus uncapped commission based on deals closed. Prior experience with Apollo/Clay/Smartlead is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven cold outreach experience with measurable lead generation.
• Hands-on Instantly.ai expertise including campaigns and optimization.
• Strong understanding of email deliverability and infrastructure.
• Experience researching prospects and building targeted lead lists.
• Excellent written English for concise emails.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage outbound email campaigns.
• Build high-quality prospect lists based on ICPs.
• Segment audiences for targeted outreach.
• Write and test cold email sequences and CTAs.
• Monitor inbox and nurture leads through initial engagement.
