Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize cold email campaigns targeting our ideal customer profile.
• Write personalized, high‑converting cold email copy for different personas and segments.
• Use tools like Apollo, Instantly, or Smartlead to automate and manage outbound workflows.
• Monitor deliverability, open rates, and reply rates and continuously test/iterate to improve performance.
• Build and maintain high‑quality lead lists and handle basic enrichment where needed.
• Stay current with best practices for cold outreach and email compliance (e.g., domain warming, spam avoidance).
