Jobgether is seeking a highly motivated outbound sales professional to engage prospective customers across the United States in a fully remote capacity. You will identify needs, present tailored solutions, and drive opportunities through the pipeline from first contact to close.

The role emphasizes a proven track record in meeting sales targets, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently within a remote team.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of outbound sales experience, including cold and warm outreach.
• Inbound sales experience is a plus; direct industry experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding monthly sales targets and delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outbound sales activities primarily via phone to engage prospects and introduce services.
• Identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Follow up on warm and cold leads to advance opportunities through the pipeline.
• Convert prospects into customers by presenting solutions, handling objections, and closing.
• Provide responsive support by phone and email throughout the sales process.
• Meet or exceed monthly quotas and contribute to team revenue.
