Cognizant is seeking an IVR Developer to join a Cognigy-based automation team. You will design and deploy call flows, OTP authentication, and CRM-integrated experiences in a cross-functional setting.

The role entails collaborating with Cognigy and NICE specialists, performing automated testing, and aligning with enterprise governance standards while contributing to data lake reporting efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience building IVR/conversational flows on Cognigy or similar platforms.
• Experience with GraphQL and REST API integration.
• Experience delivering complex self‑service in IVR/IVA.
• Experience with OTP/MFA authentication flows in telephony or conversational contexts.
• Familiarity with NICE CXone and CRM data integration for real‑time context.
• Understanding of microservices architecture principles.
• Experience with automation testing for conversational IVR flows.
• Ability to work within enterprise governance and ARB processes.

Responsabilités

• Build and configure IVR call flows within Cognigy, including MVPs and OTP authentication.
• Translate caller journeys and architecture into functioning conversational flows.
• Implement OTP/MFA within call flow logic and integrate with CRM data systems.
• Coordinate with NICE and CRM data integration for real-time context.
• Collaborate on microservices-based architecture and GraphQL/CCN implementations.
• Support Data Lake integration for reporting and analytics.
• Contribute to testing and ensure quality before release.
• Ensure governance, access controls, and ARB compliance.
