Ovation Healthcare is seeking a Coding Team Lead to support daily operational management for its client accounts. You will mentor coders, coordinate onshore and offshore resources, and ensure quality while meeting SLAs and DNFC goals.

Qualifications

• AHIMA or AAPC credentials required.
• Three+ years of coding experience.
• 100% remote work arrangement.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage offshore coding resources.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the coding SME for assigned clients.
• Manage onshore/offshore coding resources and tasks.
• Monitor volume and SLAs; ensure quality.
• Mentor coders and conduct reviews.
• Develop and enforce SOPs for clients.
• Provide weekly performance updates.
