Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision and guidance to coding staff.
• Monitor productivity, attendance, and work quality.
• Onboard, train, and develop coding team members; foster accountability.
• Oversee coding workflows and ensure timely, accurate coding within turnaround times.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Compliance, and Operations to improve processes and reduce denials.
• Lead remote coding teams and implement organizational changes.
